Studio Rules and Guidelines:

1. Cleanliness and Maintenance:

• No eating or drinking is allowed within the studio.

• Booking time includes set up and take down; please adhere to your reserved time slot.

• Being late to your booking will result in a reduced time slot; extensions are subject to availability and charged at £75 per hour during standard hours and £95 per hour during out of hours bookings.

• No-Shows and Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.

• Early Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start time are fully refundable.

• Music played in the studio must be at a reasonable volume and not disturb neighbours.

• Return the studio to its original condition after your booking.

• Do not attempt to move heavy furniture alone; call us for assistance.

• Return all equipment in its original condition; any damage will result in a damage fee of up to £300.

• Ensure that the studio door is locked when if leaving the premises throughout booking time for security.

 

2. Safety and Security:

• Open flames, including candles, are not permitted in the studio.

• Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the studio and within the studio building.

• Familiarise yourself with the location of emergency exits and follow evacuation procedures in case of fire or other emergencies.

• Studio is 283 sqft and therefore we recommend up to 5 people in the space at a time.

 

3. Key and Fob Return:

• After your booking, it is essential to return any keys or access fobs provided. Failure to do so within the specified time frame will result in a charge of £20 to cover replacement and rekeying costs.

4. Equipment Usage Rules and Guidelines:

 Complimentary Equipment:

• We are delighted to provide a range of high-quality equipment for your creative projects, completely free of charge.

 

Equipment Booking Process:

• To access equipment, simply tick the items you require on the booking form. Only the equipment you request will be provided for your booking.

 

Responsibility for Care:

• While our equipment is complimentary, we kindly ask that you handle it with care and responsibility.

 

Autocharge for Damage:

• Please note that in the event of equipment damage during your session, an autocharge may be applied. The fee is determined based on the extent of the damage, with a maximum limit of £300. This charge is to cover repair or replacement costs.
